Director of Admissions & Enrollment Management (3590 PV)
Shift Hours:FT (1.0)/80 - Days (8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) Occasional evening or weekend hours.
This position has the primary responsibility to develop, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive enrollment plan that is consistent with the strategic plan and enrollment goals. The Director integrates all aspects of the enrollment process including effective strategic recruitment and admission selection in order to achieve enrollment targets. Collaboration with all departments is expected in order to contribute to the retention of students and overall student outcomes. Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred in business, marketing, communication, higher education or a related degree. Possession of high professional standards and accountability in meeting enrollment metrics. Maintains a flexible work schedule, including ability to work some evenings and weekends. Travel as needed for recruitment or other College needs. Valid driver’s license required. Strong analytical critical thinking, timely project management, problem recognition and resolution skills. Ability to set and attain key strategic goals. Knowledge and practical experience in recruitment, marketing, admissions, financial assistance, and retention. Knowledge and practical skill in using qualitative and quantitative data to drive effective enrollment strategies. Minimum of five years related work experience. Strong leadership and administrative skills including: strategic planning, personnel, budget management, student information technology system, and continuous process improvement. Ability to use technology and data in developing and implementing an effective recruitment plan. Ability to lead departmental structure including office workflow. Demonstrates knowledge regarding best practices in strategic enrollment. Demonstrates ability to provide visionary, energetic, and innovative strategic management.
