Physical Therapist - UP Michigan (Iron Mountain, Escanaba, Daggett) (#000sr)
Shift Hours:Full-time (40 hrs/wk)
Position is for Upper Michigan coverage of Iron Mountain, Escanaba and Daggett Clinics
Performs and documents physical therapy evaluation, treatment, and discharge of patient according to established patient goals consistent with physician referrals. Communicates with patient, family, and members of health care team. Educates patient and public on health, wellness, and prevention of injury and illness as they pertain to physical therapy. Supervises physical therapy assistants (PTA) and physical therapy aides, and meets the PTA to progress plan of care.
MI Physical Therapy license, self motivated, computer skills, and ability to work independently are required. Previous experience preferred.
